The little think we bought at the unfinished furniture place.  Jared painted it and I got the pull from anthropology.  It turned out cute, I think :)

I had Friday play/wine date at my house yesterday and my good friend Jen suggested that I use her chair that was her Grandmothers for this corner!  I've borrowed it a couple of times for pictures and it looks perfect in the corner!  She was right! Thanks, Jen!

I'd love to hear what you think!!  Here is a link to an album with pictures of the whole house.  And feel free to tell all of your friends who are looking for a new house in Maine that I have one for sell!

Hi! Remember me....

I used to blog here!  LOL!  I bet no one comes here anymore....I woundn't.  I think four months is the longest I've ever gone without blogging something! We've had a busy few months.  Jared got back the beginning of December.  A week of so later we headed to Missouri for the holidays and spent tons of time in the car driving all over the state.  It was a bit much, but we survived!  At the beginning of January, Jared and I headed to FL to check out the area and see where we want to live when we move.  My parents gave us a couple of nights in the Casa Monica in St. Augustine as a Christmas gift.  It was awesome.  We stayed with my Aunt Nancy and Uncle Derold the rest of the time.  We didn't see them as much as I would of liked, but we looked at so many houses while we were there...we pretty much looked from morning till night.  I got to see one of my very best friends, Kim, everyday that we were there!  I think we're going to live closer to each other than we have every before, which I'm very excited about!!

Since we've been home, we've been working every day to finish the house....I know, I always say we're almost done....but really, I think we are.  Hopefully, in the next couple of weeks, this baby will be FOR SALE! The downstairs bathroom didn't really get a full remodel.  We decided to give it a face lift instead of all new everything.  Here are a couple of before pictures...

So, the face lift....We replaced the formica counter top with a marble one with an under mount sink and a new faucet.  It looks great.  Instead of replacing the base cabinet, we painted it black and put new pulls on the doors.  We replaced the sconces and put up a new mirror.  Jared replaced the most of the baseboards.  The paint color is a light grey and I decided on the color because of the color of the veins that run through the marble.  I made the curtains (out of a shower curtain...long story) and the new shower curtain.  So, here is the "new" downstairs bathroom!  What do you think??

I think if I talk about our house progress on the blog, it will motivate me to accomplish something around here everyday.  It's taking so much longer than I thought it would to finish everything...even working on it everyday as much as we can with three kids and Jared having to work.  What's up with that??  I don't understand why he has to work.  KIDDING!!  LOL!

The Legare Family

Had a great time with these guys.  Little Miss E really didn't want to have her picture taken, but I think we did okay!  (click to see larger)

Apple Picking.

All the kids enjoyed apple picking this year!  Even Luke.  I'm sad to think that this will be the last year that we get to do this....I don't think there are lots of apple orchards in Florida, but maybe I'm wrong!  Maybe we can go orange picking instead!!

Here are a few pictures from the day.

Emily and Jon

Got married the first weekend in August.  I've been swamped!  I need another day of daycare for Miss Moo.  I haven't posted any weddings from this summer and I've had several.  So for now, here are a few from Emily and Jon's wedding.  They were awesome and photos were important to them so they allowed several hours before the ceremony for their photos.  It was awesome!

Yippee!!I'm Home!!!

The End.

Jared's pinning was Tuesday and just let me say it's been a long six weeks.  I'm so happy that it's over.  We're all really proud of him.  It's a big accomplishment and he's worked hard to get where he is.  He Dad and Parilee came and it's been really nice having them here.  Here are a few photos from Tuesday. (most of these photos were taken by Parilee!)

Marching in, signing.  I'm sure we'll never see that again!

Mr. Dimples.....

OOPS!  I mean Teel.  He's Kalli's (see below) twin brother and one of the three seniors I photographed in Owls Head.  His Mom told me it might be hard to get a smile out of him, but he was easy!   And did I mention he said he thought I was 26 (maybe he was just trying to be nice) and it made my day!!  :)
